(Ley Federal del Trabajo Art. 132, 133, 136 al 153-X)


El pago del salario mínimo cuando menos y en efectivo, semanalmente en el lugar donde trabaje.

Pago de aguinaldo anual.

Participar de las utilidades de la empresa.

Sin costo, habitaciones adecuadas e higiénicas, con espacio suficiente para el y su familia (esposa e hijos en su caso).

Por cada 6 días que trabaje, un día de descanso.

Capacitación para el trabajo.

El pago por el tiempo excedente, al doble de lo fijado para las horas normales.

Buen trato en el trabajo.

Cuando tus herramientas ya no sirvan, deberán reponerlas o repararlas sin costo alguno sin costo alguno para el trabajador.

Si el lugar donde prestan los servicios se encuentra a 100 o más kilómetros de la población en que vives, el patrón deberá pagar el transporte hasta el centro de trabajo y si es necesario también el de su familia.

Es importante que sepa el trabajador que su patrón tiene la obligación de inscribirlo en el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social para contar con los beneficios de las prestaciones que otorga:

a. Por enfermedad ordinaria: atención médica, medicinas y hospitalización para el trabajador, esposa, hijos o padres en su caso.

b. En caso de que sufran accidente de trabajo, atención medica y medicinas, sin costo.

c. Servicio de guardería para sus hijos.

d. Si el accidente de trabajo le impidiera laborar, se pagará su salario íntegro hasta que sane.

e. Pensión por invalidez, por accidente o enfermedad que contradiga en el trabajo.

"MY TRIP"

Days 1 and 2:

Arrive in Guanajuato. There are many things to see and many place to visit. I like the "Jardín de la Unión" is very beatiful. I also liked its colonial streets. Also visit the wonderful "Theater Juarez" a place more visited of the city.




Day 3:

Visit the beatiful University of Guanajuato and "The pipila", located on top of a hill. Later went to the beautiful city of San Miguel de Allende, where we saw the beautiful cathedral of that city, which is like a castle.


Day 4:

Today I visited a famous place of the state, "The Museum of the Mummies of Guanajuato" and "The Museum of the Inquisition, " can say that these are the most macabre and fascinating places to visit around the trip.

Back to my house, my Reality!!! :(

1. What do you eat for snack?
= I regularly eat a sandwich with juice of orange or water but also a bit fruit or junk food.

2. How much fresh fruit and vegetables do you eat every day?
= Every day???? mmm I dont eat vegetables every day, I eat fruit each two times a week, but vegetables, in that I'm serious, one times a month.

3. How often do you eat sweets?
= I eat sweet almost always, I love sweets.




My Report.....

In my survey, the result going since the 30% of the people than eat of two to three portions off fruit and vegetables to week, until the 70% of people than eat junk food and no they eat a portions the fruit a day, and applies they do not take pure water, drink only soda or worst alcoholic drinks.

My ideal school is near a forest, in a place cold. In the School subjects are photography, japanes language , design and drawing, . The uniforms, to girls black skirt with any T-shirt and jacket. The uniforms the boys are jeans blacks and jacket. The activities of the school are the kendo, taekwondo, judo and swimming.

My full name is Sandra Martinez (but you can call me Sandy). I was born in Mexico, DF in 1993. My birthday is on 23 march.

My parent´s are mexican. My only brother is 21 years old, his name is Julio Cesar.Julio and I moved with my father three years ago, because my parents divorced and my mother lives with another men.

My first school was called Isidro Fabela, there studied to second of primary and after I change to Cristobal Colon school where I finished to 3° of Secundary in the 2008.
At the present time I am studing in the Centro de Estudios Tecnologicos (CET) "Walter Cross Buchanan" (IPN), the first year in high school.

My home life is with my father, my brother and the family of my father.
Usually the saturdays, I go with my father and rarely with my brother to park the "Velodromo" to walk.
In the week, my brother do the task of home, and I make the weekend.

My interests are Taekwondo, draw, read and watch anime or programs of TV (Lost Oh yeah! I love Lost, I'm on the sixth season Uju Uju Uju!!!), Usually forever drawing, good almost always I do. The drawing is my passion, my life, is the only way in I can really express my emotions.
To finished with my homework I love Lost.. Oh yeah.. Hurley (jaja).
